Meet Jaz Frazier

(they/them)

Jaz focuses on relieving the body's pain points using a slow and gentle approach of myofascial release. Pain is used as a communication tool by our brain as a way to respond to a current injury or predict a potential injury. Sometimes pain can be an echo of an injury that has yet to join with the body’s current healed reality.

Through creating novel sensory input through light manual therapy, we’ll disrupt your nervous system’s pain transmissions and instead, invite new messages to be transmitted that highlight the ability of your body to heal and exist with ease.

Why Good Moon?

The Moon has a lot of associations in cultures throughout the world. In ancient astrology, the moon represents the body and emotions and can reflect who we are at our core. The moon is also associated with nurturance, basic needs, and deep intuition.

Good Moon Bodywork, like the influence of the moon, embraces the physical, emotional, and intuitive abilities of our bodies without judgment. By listening to its unique language, we gain insight on how to help heal it.
