Instead of an endless menu of services, I offer a simple 60, 90, 120 minute booking option and depending on the client’s focus, blend various approaches like myofascial therapy, DermoNeuroModulating, Swedish, positional relaxation therapy, contract-relax stretching and more to alleviate discomfort and disrupt pain signals.
For lymphatic drainage therapy (LDT), a separate booking option is presented because special precautions need to be taken, namely a separate intake form to ensure the treatment is suitable for the client.

Always looking for a way to do no harm, building trust between my hands and your nervous system is crucial to lowered guarding.
I often say, “it takes courage to be slow and still with yourself“ because we are often conditioned to always be producing, always in action— a lifetime of this can disconnect us from the quietest needs being communicated within the body.
By slowing down and truly listening, we can finally hear what our body is asking for to heal.
